Pros

Company seeks for the latest innovation in consumer research, merging with the local and global innovation ecosystem and driving integration of disciplines to pioneer on the research field ahead. By proposing a mix of internal development of tools and partnerships for co-creation of external methods, a good blend of resources are developed, maximizing the research capabilities.

Cons

High degree of individual´s competition diminishing the power of collaborations and partnerships. High amount of rework due to the lack or late decision making process, resulting in high work load and employees frustration sometimes.
