Pros

Smarter than average people, holistic system design. Great place for fresh graduates to get business training.

Cons

Company is becoming hierarchical and political. Too much internal politics and slow decision making makes the company lacking behind agile local competitors

Pros

P&G invests heavily in its employees, with a wide variety of training, coaching and career progression. Because it promotes from within, managers (at least the ones I was fortunate to work under) are very supportive, while giving freedom, autonomy and opportunities to develop leadership.

Cons

Due to its size and bureaucracy, it can be hard to implement and suggest new things.
