Sometimes it is hard to be heard, specially if you're still in a junior position. Lots of hierarchical layers that make decision making slow

Diversity, good benefits like medical and dental assistance, good trainings, oportunities for travel. You feel always challenged. Good career plan.

Cons

High pressure envionrament, too much workload, extra time without payment for managers. Too much processes, long time to take decisions, and lack of people skills.
