Pros

- A lot of flexibility (I can work from home 50% of the time) - Excellent benefits and compensation - Great trainings - P&G is really focused on its employees

Cons

- Promotion from within company. If you are an analyst and then go to another company as a manager and if you want to return to P&G, you would return as an analyst, not a manager. Also, they almost never hire managers from other companies.
