Pros
Since day one you are given a great challenge. It´s up to you to build your network and career as all the tools are available . You can choose from local, regional or global roles, each of which will give you different levels of in-depth knowledge from the business or from a specific practice (Finance, Marketing, IT, Logistics, etc). P&G has great and solid values which creates an excellent work environment.
Cons
Getting decisions made can take a very long time; The size of the company also makes it bureaucratic; The culture of promote from within on one hand is good, but on the other blinds the company from real external focus.
