Pros

Excellent Salary and learning opportunity.

Cons

As an African American manager, I felt that opportunities were not as prevalent to me as those of other ethnicities. This was also apparent in the stats of senior level management of the african american decent.

Pros

Good company culture and values. Good benefits. Promote from within. P&G is a company you can be proud to work for.

Cons

Policy of requiring advancement to occur through Cincy is outdated. Sometimes incompetency is tolerated for too long before action is taken.
