Pros

All the promotion are made at the intern. You have international opportunities. You manage quickly big project. You can change of role each 3-4 year.

Cons

It is not the best place to work for people that don`t like challenge or responsabilities. They are expecting you to be a good leader

Pros

Great for a fresh graduate Very good reputation - looks great in your CV

Cons

Almost all initiatives given from the center, no opportunity to be creative just to execute Some people are really pushy and they are those who get promoted Very multinational company culture = brainwashing from the first moment Good washing powder company but poor focus on other products Trainings consume a lot of time without any bigger value added

Pros

Procter & Gamble is a great company to learn, grow professionally and to meet good people. The atmosphere is very friendly. Benefits are good.

Cons

Salaries in Ukraine are very low taking into consideration that the prices got higher and real estate cost almost as much as in Western Europe.
