Pros

There were yogurt/ ice cream machines available.

Cons

My experience upon joining P&G was a complete nightmare, and even now, it continues to haunt me, causing significant distress. I was mistreated everyday at work. My superiors demonstrated bias, treated me terribly, and held me in contempt. I received no guidance and felt utterly abandoned. I felt like a dog to them. I found myself crying daily in the restroom and hidden areas during work hours and experiencing breakdowns at home regularly. The environment was filled with hypocrisy and deceit; genuine care for individuals seemed nonexistent. It's bewildering, considering P&G's reputation for fostering an inclusive and diverse culture. Witnessing people with disabilities being ridiculed in secrecy and subjected to disparagement by my superiors only added to the disillusionment. To exacerbate matters, my superiors were lauded for their purported ability to work with individuals with disabilities, a stark contradiction to their actual behavior.

Pros

Benefits, that is about it.

Cons

- only prefer to hire those from NTU, SMU, NUS and they will be in the manager path with better salary, higher increment percentage, entitled to variable bonus, international assignment opportunities, faster promotion. - the rest who are from other unis, segregated into specialist path where salary is lower, single digit increment percentage, not entitled to variable bonus, almost no opportunities for international assignments, longer lead time for promotion consideration - a lot of foreign colleagues from a particular country
