Really enjoy the majority of my coworkers. Most are humble, friendly, and skilled. They don't over exert you but challenge you to bring your best. Lots of people to learn from, and you're not micromanaged.

Cons

Great packages for direct hires but not contractors.

Work environment; benefits. Staff are friendly; medical care is nice; housing used to be good. Good package other than salary.

Cons

Offshore facility logistic is a handicap for familial life. Well work environment is relatively hard; remote offshore facility prevent people from going on and offshore easily.
