Pros

Work/life balance. Great Culture. Good benefits.

Cons

You have to be in Toronto to aspire to a career. Hard to get to higher levels than Senior Management unless you are in Canada and do not rock the boat too much. Cultural values get diluted by the Middle Management. Hard to change roles across the various platforms. They ask to speak up and be open but this goes against you, inevitably.

Pros

Good benefits, similar to other FI

Cons

Breeding ground for poor middle management, who create unachievable metrics under the company's push and fail policy, and then sit back and point fingers. At the end of the day, a poor trench worker is blamed for the lack of realistic direction and management accountability.
