Pros

There is no pros for my two months experience with RBC. They recuit you as a banking advisor and after they make you feel worthless during the training. Then they will threaten you to be fired. Then they stop the training to offer you a Customer advisor job and they will try to reduce your salary. Don't go there

Cons

Racism, threaten you to get fired, refuse your resignation and try to make you an offer and keep you when one week ago they told you that you're not good enough. The experience was toxic, stressful and a waste of time.
