Pros

- Free full package banking. - Decent work tools and equipment (computers are completely useless off VPN) . - Care for inclusion, at any cost -- On paper, in reality, it is debatable. - Care for paying work hours and overtime — unless you’re a "lead" (i.e. which is considered as management, because mostly sit in meetings and program less on work hours), or care to deliver results after meeting hours (a.k.a. "Work") (Yes, I am aware the pros as described aren't pros. It was a shock to me)

Cons

If you’re OK following the HiPPO, and to blindly "follow orders", even when you’ve had experience on similar problem. If it’s not asked of you, it won’t be valued. There’s a lot of good competent people, but they’re spread thin, surrounded by (too many) less experienced people, and the season’s group of coops, where shipping with disregard to tech debt is cheered over doing things right. Experienced people spend most time reworking the mass of work from less experienced.
