Pros

Some of the people are genuine and want to support change.

Cons

Excessive BS and school yard behaviour. Spend too much effort on sniping behind each other’s backs than moving the organisation forward.

Pros

Free pizza lunch once in a while

Cons

Lofty Sales/Business developments targets that contraindicates the bank's overall initiative called "Digital Enablement" where retail staff are expected to convince the client to use online and app resources instead of coming to the branch or calling any 800 support line. The bank expects staff to sell products to customers who attend the branch or speak to a live representative over the phone but on the other hand also expects staff to convince clients NOT to come the branch or call in.

Pros

Near transit and restaurants, nice colleagues

Cons

Schedule and workload for workers. People have to be available almost 24 hrs/day covering reviews of research analyst reports. There is no structure as things come in all day and you have to drop everything
