Pros

This is an excellent company all around. The majority of people who worked at RBC had been with the firm for many years and were generally pretty satisfied with their job. After going to work elsewhere it was pretty evident why people did not want to leave. A part from job security, the company has great benefits and takes care of their employees.

Cons

Its a huge company and unless your are Canadian, you will progress and grow within the firm, but the top jobs are usually for Canadian nationals.

Pros

Great place to learn. Good incentives if you achieve your targets. Managers are very helpful and respectful. They will help you to progress towards your career goals

Cons

Salary is below average compared to other financial institutions. There continously change which confuses employees. They require you to finish your 2 years mandate before applying to another role.

Pros

A place to start and gain experience fresh out of school.

Cons

Do not expect overtime pay, and bonuses are short of efforts. Lacking in technology investments internally.
