Pros

I have 5 years of experience in Banking and personal financial services platform and is looking forward to an entry in Canada's banking sector. RBC with its unique employer friendly initiatives and stress on continuous education will give a unique winning combination for a young professional looking forward to a future in financial sector.

Cons

Personal financial Services will need a lot of hard work especially in building personal and professional relationships with customers, needs to work at odd hours at the convenience of investors and needs a lot of travelling.

Pros

Brand name, culture, atmosphere, and management supporting career advancement. Have been with rbc for 7 years and started as a teller. Experiance has been amazing and couldn't be any happier building my career with royal. Hard work truly pays off in the long run..

Cons

Wasting time on unessessary activities Like advice picture. The job is demanding enough and I'd rather focus my time with my clients and providing sound advice
