Pros

They are class leaders in employing people with disabilities, minorities and war vets. There benefit program is tops in any industry RBC looks for the best of the best in sales and management training as well as customer service and brings it to its employees You will find they are always using the best strategies to support their employees while moving the business forward Caring about their staff causes their staff to care about their customers They are all about relationship building and work-life-family balance I have never seen a company that put more effort into supporting staff with disabilities Everything from special chairs and workspaces to access to buildings and meeting rooms

Cons

There are none - this is a great company to work for. Like any company today they always want to do more with less and this does create stress. These days this is not something that can be avoided
