Great reputation within Canadian market and globally Great exposure to various functions of the bank from insurance to asset management

Cons

Was just a number - never even met someone in HR face to face So many moving arms, was hard to get a grasp of career paths Felt like there was a revolving door

Good learning skills, and reputed company.. Amazing core values and corporate culture, client always comes first, you never have to lie to be the best at your job, they always look at the customers needs before anything else.

Cons

salary is usually lower compared to other banks.
