Best reason to work at JBH was long term advantages. Small firm who appreciated there employees one by one. Management was okay as well.

Cons

Downsides of working at JBH was salary caps. No room for advancements

Some of the employees have been at one desk for over 20 years.. Encourage people to move and learn other areas of business every 3 years
