Pros

Excellent Place to Work. Lots of opportunity for advancement if you prove yourself in current role. Available training for career shifting or re-allignment of skills.

Cons

Difficult to "manage out" problem employees. The company makes it difficult to remove problem employees bu giving them TOO much athority within the structure.

Pros

Small firm feel with large firm resources. Dedicated, knowledgeable back office staff. 'Can Do' culture. Senior management is accessible and keeps staff informed of firm performance, major decisions.

Cons

The firm underwent a major (and costly) systems conversion in 2008. The 'new' system never lived up to the hype, and was widely recognized as a step backwards shortly after conversion. It was an insult to the hard-working and dedicated staff. The conversion was driven by cost savings. 'You get what you pay for.' Salaries are not competetive.
