Recognition for work done. Great team building / team sports / golf tournament events. Dinner and a cab when you work late.

Cons

Demanding hours during busy periods. Office space is not as glamourous as it could be. Free coffee is not that great.

great benefits, great bank accounts for employees, discounts with other companies like verizon or at&t, and of course... holidays are always closed days!

Cons

all this job was sales, sales, sales. I am not against sales jobs, but don't do it under the cover of a title like relationship banker. At one time, banking was a respected position. Now not so much. Towards the end, our Regional President hired a District Sales manager from Wells Fargo and after that it became like a used car lot.
