Pros

The traiining that has been put into place in some areas of the buisness eg. Call centres is far superior to the training done through the branch level.

Cons

There is said to be a strong focus on family as part of the work experience. However all decisons on hours focus solely on what is best for the buisness and ingore family responsiblities.

Pros

I would say that RBC is very recognized brand in the market. But that does not mean anything by itself.

Cons

McDoanlds is also very recognized brand does not mean you want to work for McDoanlds. It is okay if you are not a professional.
