Secure Routine Job

Pros

Great culture. Provides good job security. Pay is good.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy. Really slow to implement new ideas. If you work hard and give it your all, it could go unnoticed leaving you feeling under-valued. Basically it's a place where you listen and do what you told and follow the rules to the tee. Deviations, even for the better, are frowned upon. You seen mostly as part of the group - not necessarily what you bring to the table.
