Pros

Decent pay for the area. Decent vacation.

Cons

Constantly understaffed. Constant employee turnover. Constantly being verbally abused by "clients". Downtown branch(s) have to deal with an outrageous number of homeless people and people high/drunk out of their minds.

Pros

The main trainer knew what she was talking about.

Cons

Micro-managing, easily threatened management, listens to every phone call, rude, contradictory, will not accommodate mental illness, overall just a really awful experience. Wouldn't give us a Christmas party because they said the company didn't make enough money that year, despite being the largest bank in Canada.
