Nice people and work enviornment

Cons

Some people within specific departments engage in unethical behavior to increase sales. They always maintain that customer service is their focus. But, indirectly, they say that you would not be promoted until you excel at sales. There are other departments of RBC where I have see more ethical people working. So, the entire organisation is not bad. But, someone people in the management practice unethical behavior in its call center.

pretty decent work life balance - for the most part

Cons

- the people in charge of making decisions (in Canada) do not care to listen to the thoughts and opinions of those in the states - workload isn’t evenly distributed - not everyone is held to the same standards - not many opportunities for advancement - a bit below national average for pay
