      Company with great products but with inferior leadership at division level

      Pros

      They have transformed their products successfully from print to all forms of electronic publishing. Their subscription models are excellent

      Cons

      In US - they leave division management alone to do whatever they please. The result of this omnipotence? Ruthless division CEOs/ presidents - who take the money and run. Employees worked nights and weekends to meet commitments - with nary an executive in sight.

      Comfortable shifts, Transportation Facilities, Good Compensation benefits, Entertainment. Hygenic environment. No dress code.

      Cons

      Flat Hierarchy Structure due to which promotion is minimal.
