      I did enjoy my other co workers as well as the tasks I was given.

      Cons

      They put people into management roles who have no idea what they are doing just because the company likes to pick favouritism over who would be the best overall fit for the job.

      its a big company so it's got all the resource most big companies do. onsite events, charity work opportunities, holiday parties. the success determinator of your career in the company is solely depends on the team and the leadership the team follows. Some are good, some are stale.

      Cons

      lots of organization changes, higher level management make all the decisions without talking to current employees. no transparency. people get let go right before the holidays. I mean - really?

      Being able to work from home. Wonderful relationships with colleagues, great people to work with.

      Cons

      Extremely poor change management. Constant change without proper foresight, management, training or back-office system upgrades leads to poor results and then more changes the next year, including annual lay offs.
