      Pros

      Very nice 401K and paid vacation, and of course there are some good people.

      Cons

      Disorganized and incompetent management, I suspect a lot of cronyism.

      My co-workers were nice and very hard working.

      Small increases not related to performance. Poor facilities -- old worn out -- too worried about cost to keep environment nice for employees
