      Sad state of affairs

      Pros

      Good EMC benefits programs and reasonable pay

      Cons

      RSA is in a sad state. the company is in a thriving market but the leadership is incompetent and the employees don't care anymore. layoffs are conducted every 6 months and the turnover of employees and leaders is insane. vp for engineering has joined from Symantec that thinks he is better than everyone else at the company.

      Solid quota performance for many years. Numbers are rarely unattainable.

      Some dead weight and distraction in the product set that needs to get cleaned up.

      Ability to learn and develop new skills; Interesting products; Competitive salaries; management tries hard to be receptive to employee needs. Many department gatherings with food, beer & wine.

      Cons

      Too many management shakeups. Political terminations are not unusual. Questionable worker terminations have happened as well. Product training is not always a priority.
