Business Outlook
Pros
McGladrey has an excellent brand identity and they provide opportunities to network nationally with counterparts in different geographic locations. They offer all of the major services so an employee can really obtain a diverse public accounting experience.
Cons
It is a big firm and at times an employee may feel like just a number. However, McGladrey makes a decent effort to provide recreational activities for its' employees such as golf outings and holiday parties. Such a relationship between the employee and employer should be expected in such a large organization.
