      I found most of the people to be great, benefits were competitive and the work environment in my office was great.

      Cons

      Due to how the firm grew, many offices still retain the culure of the respective old firm from that office. This resulted in an inconsistent qualty of people/attitude across the firm. Also didn't seem to have the bet people running the technology side of the house, although the IT folks in the trenches were dedicated and

      Opportunities to learn about a lot of different aspects of IT consulting opportunities and develop experience in a variety of different industries.

      Cons

      Minimal training made it a very independent and "sink or swim" kind of environment. If you can figure out the problem, there are lots of opportunities to learn, but no one is going to help you.
