Pros
A solid Middle Market professional services firm in NYC. Professional, collaborative, friendly. NYC location is perfect - easy walk form GC. Money is ok, a little below FMV Vs other professional service firms. Comp plan changes a lot.
Cons
Partner driven culture - BD's cannot be partners and in some instances you're reminded of this daily. Firm is made up of mostly acquisitions and operate individually so it's luck of the draw how strategic your office might be. Once a client is sold, you're not allowed (usually) to "farm" the account.
