      Have been learning each and every day. It was slow at first but picks up soon after.

      Stay out of the NY Office if you can

      - being able to work with smaller clients - using tax software to prepare returns

      Cons

      - office culture in the NY office is beyond terrible - demand you commute to the office on the weekends even if there isn't any work to be assigned - no AC during the summer months when told to work on said weekends, stuck using a desk fan - Management has little to no personality - Management gives you the impression they will work with you and train you but once you are hired and started could care less about you - health benefits are the worst i've seen in the industry
