      Encourages entrepreneurial spirit. You get to work with a lot of different technologies.

      Cons

      The expectation is that you work normal hours during the day and continue working when you are at home at night. Goals are based on a 50 hour work week minimum.

      Management takes on too many Clients with too few people to staff the jobs. Seniors especially get overworked with impractical demands for hours and schedules that are way too busy. Work life balance does not exist. Work IS life at McG.
