      Pros

      Flexible time off, upward mobility and promotions, culture is a huge part of the company which is overwhelmingly positive

      Cons

      Not standardized across the firm like Big 4, but working towards the same methodologies and structure. Unclear expectations at times because they can feel like management is still figuring it out.

      The office is in a nice building and great location

      Cons

      The culture is absolutely terrible. It is a dog-eat-dog environment. Lot's of backstabbing and gossip behind people's backs. You cannot trust anyone or believe anything people say. They overwork and deplorably underpay you.
