Pros

- Good exposure with wide projects/clients/industry coverage - Small team scale which allows for higher ownership of projects/clients - Good office location

Cons

- Deeply rooted cultural issues; heavily traditional in thinking and conduct - Top heavy; some management may be put in place due to longer tenure and not due to competency - Management tends to be self-seeking in terms of bonuses/salaries/incentives and may not "fight" for junior staff - Inefficient hierarchical structure; middle/upper-middle management may not feedback issues to top management as they prefer not to "rock the boat" - Benefits/incentives are negligible - Disproportioned workload and pay structure - Poor renumeration; despite positioning as 5th in Professional Services/top mid-tier firm, other mid-tiers have higher renumeration packages - Changes and suggestions may not be well-received
