      People I work with are the highlight of it all

      Cons

      Too many associates have shared their struggles with me recently. From constantly being anxious to feeling depressed from being scared of other senior associates... I am glad that they feel as if they can talk to me, but it scares me that they feel this way. The only way to succeed is to be a team, which means we cannot just throw work at associates to make our lives as seniors easier. Delegating is one thing, but what is happening is plain rude and over the top. Associates leave because they do not feel like they have a support system. I am trying to change that but it seems like my fellow seniors don't care as much.
