Pros
My coworkers and people within my level are lovely, and will try to help you as much as possible. It's an opportunity to learn about the industry and gain your ACA.
Cons
Management have no respect for you, or the hours you put it. You are expected to bend over backwards and go above and beyond with no thanks or appreciation. If you have a learning disability even if you have made them aware before they hire you, they will treat you worst than trash and make you think your disability is worst than it is. Management is very clique and as an entry level staff if you don't fit in, they will do everything in their power to make you leave.
