Strong firm culture Good office location Decent office building and environment Lots of training provided including soft skills Nothing liao

Cons

Using its strong firm culture to brain wash the employees to buy into their values and work like a cow for the firm. More ranks to climb in audit to slow down your progression Lower than market pay (always recycle their excuses to justify the low increment) Adopting work methods that are no longer relevant. Spend more time doing work instead of thinking. Management prefers fool proof method using forms to cover all aspects that they think would go wrong rather than placing trust in their staff to put up a good work. Lack of trust in staff Dishonest in telling people that the firm actually gives a Rolex watch upon your 10th anniversary but capping the amount at $5,000. Nowadays, $5K cannot buy you a Rolex.
