• Structured training and learning with a clear pathway for career progression • Variety of benefits available (e.g. holiday entitlement, retail discounts, medical etc.) • Good variety of interesting work on a range of projects in different sectors (e.g. desk research, survey work, consultations and interviews, data analysis, report writing, presentations etc. in sectors such as health, housing, higher education and local government) • Opportunity to work on high profile research and evaluation work for a wide variety of clients. • Good support from senior colleagues who are genuinely invested in the growth of junior staff and there is a supportive environment to develop
