Pros

Great people to work with. Competitive pay. Flexible work schedules outside of busy season.

Cons

Lack of qualified management. A sense that upper management does not care for employees which results in a very high turnover and frustrated employees.

Pros

Depending on your team, you can really thrive at RSM. I've seen some people grow and prosper, starting out in Jr. roles and then progressing to stronger roles in which they've been exposed to the right leaders and mentors.

Cons

If you work in the support groups, you aren't so fortunate. Because of the nature of the ICS departments, especially if you are not in a managerial position you will be treated as a step child. Maybe it's because you don't "bill" so your role is looked at as parasitic and you are constantly trying to prove your worth to a manager who never praises you, but instead looks for more things to complain that you "need to be doing" without ever explaining that it is "now" part of your role.
