Pros

-Plenty of training to ensure you understand your job well -Good colleagus

Cons

The usual cons can be referred to in other comments. What I would like to highlight is the lip service paid to being an "international accounting firm" for RSM Chio Lim. If you are really an international accounting firm as you so proudly proclaim to be, then please act like one. The welfare and culture here are almost non existence and staff morale is very low.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere Great location Interesting work You must enter at least 5 words for Pros

Cons

Observing and hearing about the bickering and turf wars was distracting and a hindrance to business. Recruiting demands were over the top during busy season. Office was a revolving door.

Pros

Challenging work Good annual pay increases relative to private industry lot of freedom to work autonomously once you have proven yourself

Cons

Busy season deadlines staffing levels - for years management refused to increase new start head count, instead relying on consultants to bridge the gap during busy season. This created a lot of pressure on the senior associates as consultants were not prepared/capable of truly replacing a full time audit staff
