      Pros

      Good start for single fresh graduator, but not for people with family. Bonus lesson on office politics.

      Cons

      No boundary on working hours. 60h/week is considered lazy, 70h/week is still lazy, stay at home on flooded day is not lazy, but unacceptable. That's the environment! Due to heavy workload, lots of people easily loose human touch and unfortunately, those are usually the ones who evaluate you on your performance. Keep in mind, company is in transition as a whole. Thus, what they said is what they try to believe or want to become, but not necessarily what they're doing.

      Not the worst in the country. Can fare better. Initiatives galore. Implementation lags. Good management. Less political.

      Cons

      Strives to be a Big 4. Need to carve a niche. Accept the situation and instead strive to provide the best possible work.

      Pros

      The name brand is huge. They have been able to integrate several practices over the years to be as big as they are. There is a ton of resources and their benefits are as good as anyone They are very competitive for compensation.

      Cons

      It is a not a cohesive culture. I was very disappointed about the leadership within the organization. It was ever changing and when a leader did emerge they didn't seem to focus in on all business units.
