Pros

Convinient location (close to the train station), new modern office. Competitive compensation pacakage.

Cons

Related only to work in the ISP (International Services) tax and consulting team: - There is extensive micromanagement in all aspects of work. - There is an office check-in / check-out system; any late arrivals to / departures from the office are closely monitored and questioned. No or limited remote working options. - The team often feels anxious due to the unpredictable behavior of the leadership. - Job titles have little impact on treatment; both juniors and managers are treated similarly. - Those who are loyal and supportive of the leadership tend to be promoted quickly. - There is a high turnover rate, with the duration of stay varying based on individuals' self-confidence and mental health. Burnout and emotional outbursts are common within the team. - Complaints to HR typically do not result in positive changes and may lead to swift termination (which may be a relief after all).
