Pros

Nothing good about RSM. Avoid at all costs.

Cons

Pathetic leadership - Always ignoring their USI employees. The differences in treatment between US and USI team is clearly evident. USI is treated as a third world country team and dumped with back end laborious work from with nothing to learn. All they care about is the hours. If you take a leave, they will always have a problem with that.

Pros

On a positive note, RSM does offer a decent work-life balance. The company provides flexible working hours and the option to work remotely, which helps employees manage their personal and professional lives more effectively.

Cons

I worked at RSM for almost 1 year, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Here are several reasons why I would not recommend this company: Micromanaging: The management style at RSM is highly intrusive. Supervisors constantly hover over employees, scrutinizing every minor detail. This micromanaging approach stifles creativity and autonomy, making it difficult to perform tasks effectively and with confidence. Low Pay: The compensation at RSM is significantly below industry standards. Despite the high expectations and demanding workload, the remuneration does not reflect the effort and hours put in by employees. This lack of adequate financial reward contributes to a feeling of being undervalued and exploited. Bad Manners: The work environment is marred by unprofessional behavior. Many managers and senior staff exhibit poor manners and a lack of respect for their subordinates. This creates a toxic atmosphere where employees feel demeaned and demoralized. High Turnover: The company suffers from an alarmingly high turnover rate. Talented employees frequently leave due to the unfavorable working conditions, creating a constant cycle of recruitment and training. This not only disrupts team cohesion but also impacts the overall productivity and morale. Overall, RSM fails to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment. The issues of micromanagement, low pay, poor manners, and high turnover make it a challenging and unsatisfying place to work. I would advise potential employees to carefully consider these factors before joining RSM.
