Pros

Perks were awesome. Unlimited PTO, firm closed between Christmas and new year's, free tickets to sporting events and other fun activities.

Cons

This firm was focused on revenue growth at all costs with little care for sustainability, resulting in clunky internal processes. Additionally, the lack of transparency from leadership and strategic alignment of daily work toward overall goals made for an unorganized environment and a culture that fostered being busy for the sake of being busy.

Fully remote, pays for certifications, nice people

Cons

Told total client bill hours needs to be minimum of 30 out of 40 hours a week, not enough work, over staffed, even if you ask for work you don't get included in projects, SOWs poorly written to the point where it's under sold and we do work for free, work assigned to you that is way out of your technical skill and still expected to do it, poor communication internally and externally, selective on who gets trained on technologies, excluded from important meetings, scheduling with client is unorganized.
