Pros

Gained ACA qualification. Lots of industry exposure as an auditor.

Cons

Long hours and lots of time pressure on jobs. Management don't say thank you for anything, whether that's long hours put in to a job to get it done on time, or a cup of tea. Promotions are based on visible hours worked (staying late at the office) rather than your general skill/success. Really high staff turnover puts a lot of pressure on the people who stay.

Pros

Fast track to a ton of IT knowledge Very good on training. It is a requirement. Very nice office and working environment. Pay is on par with other companies Iowa support and leadership is excellent.

Cons

Twin cities leadership is severely lacking which results in massive turnover. Benefits aren't great. Not flexible with remote work. Getting enough consulting hours in can be tricky at times and they will come down hard on you if you don't get a bunch of billable hours in each week. Turnover in the Twin Cities area results in added pressure on remaining staff.
