      Terrible culture, micro aggression and constant subtle racism and exclusion

      Senior Partners are quite approachable and friendly.

      Cons

      Microaggression from peer group to people who are from a different racial background and culture to them. No culture or diversity whatsoever. Just a few token hires to claim the diversity tag. Passive discrimination and subtle racial prejudice among peer group. No scope for quick promotions if you dont fit in to their groups

      Pros

      Some of the characters make your stay here worthwhile. You build a sense of camaraderie because you're going through the trenches together. Loved my starting class so much and my mentors have only been good to me. People are willing to teach you if you're willing to ask.

      Cons

      You don't get paid enough to be an accountant and do the work you do. Office politics follow you anywhere you go but the corporate politics here are toxic and senior management are full of gaslighters.
