Pros

Good salary with great benefits. Amazing people to network with. In an amazing area in London with loads of socialising opportunities.

Cons

No training provided for graduates, especially those who came out of university. Expected graduates to pass exams on the first go Held pointless “training” seminars without actually showing how to do the job.

Pros

remote work, but brand new office if/when you choose to go back nice people provide 2 monitors and keyboard/mouse for remote work starting salary was higher than my Big Four offers

Cons

HORRIBLE hours: 70-80+ during busy season, summer hours were supposed to be light but I averaged 40-50. 65 hour minimum billable hours implemented Old school management - partners are very "back in my day.." guys and have no sympathy for overworking us. Couldn't even get a measly gift card thank you for 9/15 deadline (no busy season meals either) Office politics/cliquey Scheduling is incompetent - I always have significantly more hours than the other people in my class 5.6% raise, $350 bonus High turnover (lost 6-7 people on my team over summer)
