Pros

Raizen is a very fast paced company, focused on increasing profits with a high-quality operation and delivering the most value for its owners and clients. The company has multiple internal opportunities, multiple offices in Brazil and some worldwide, very focused on meritocracy.

Cons

The entry salaries are not good and the company is not very focused on its employees. Sometimes it is necessary to work long hour journeys to achieve the goals and, most of this times, this effort is not recognized.

Pros

- Quick learning environment - Room for changing careers - Healthy business, as Agribusiness and Energy in Brazil thrives, and Raizen has a verticalized operations, meaning if you are a high achiever, bonus is most likely to happen.

Cons

- Too junior mid-manager, sometimes with lack of knowledge of their own operations - Managers are not actual leaders, they don't care about developing your carreer (it seems) - A lot of intrigues and gossips - Sometimes squizofrenic as a consequence of cultural clashes Cosan + Esso + Shell, building up Raízen now - People from different offices (SP, Piracicaba, etc) don't get along, and often a lot of misconceptions take place (sometimes offensive)
