      Staff is great, management needs some work.

      Pros

      There is never a shortage of work to do and you are always exposed to things that you might not otherwise be involved in if you worked for a larger company. Employee lunch on Tuesdays is a perk, as is the fridge stocked with food and drinks. The staff at FreeCause are generally very friendly and I really enjoy working with them.

      Cons

      It is very easy to feel under appreciated as an employee. Unless you are loud about the work that you have completed, it tends to go unnoticed with a feeling that 'someone had to do it'. Certain people are constantly receiving multiple promotions.

      Pros

      Great culture, the people are a ton of fun. You can learn a lot from everyone as long as you take the time to ask questions and get to know them. It's an open community and everyone is friendly. Also, it's a pretty cool company.

      Cons

      Disorganization, sometimes major lack of communication. I do believe this is slowly improving, it's really up to the individuals and teams to figure things out for themselves.

      Pros

      FreeCause understands and encourages a balance between personal life and work life, and it does its best to merge the two with company outings, after-work drinks, delicious catered lunches, great holiday parties, and a fun atmosphere in the office. In addition, the work is exciting, the people are young, and everyone here works hard. FreeCause is a great environment to work in.

      Cons

      Not too much interaction between departments.
